Embryo Hotel ★★★

The location was good, not far from the beach. There was a Big C just around the corner. When using the taxi bike's it was around 50bht to the beach plus to other place's in a 1 to 2 miles radius.

The TV had only thai and Indian channel's and 1 French news channel. They could do with putting more farang channels on.

Beautiful and clean rooms, good breakfast, nice pool on the roof. Staff members are polite and responsible.

Ac is right near the bed, may be cold. Also hotel is far from the beach, so at night all food nearby is closed.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, nice big shower with hot water.

Location is a small side street so no view in any direction. The wardrobe doors are not fitted correctly, when closed they slowly slide back into an open position and cannot stay closed. TV channels, not many to choose from and 99.5% in Thai. Many of the channels show no signal, you spend a long time searching for ones that work.

Very good hotel, not very expensive. ladies at the reception are nice, they always asked me: how are you? the cleaning lady does her job really well! towels are changed every day, water is provided. everything is clean

The hotel is clean in general, it is near the central Pattaya road and very close to Big C shopping mall. The check in/out is easy and fast

1- The hotel is not bad .. but Can't be 4 stars at all . 2- most of the staff can't speak English

- Room is clean - Breakfast is good for both quality and quantity. - Taxi is available to go Bangkok (charged at 1200 BT). - Good access to shopping areas

Shower room has no door, so that there are some water drops outside shower room after taking shower.

We felt safe during the stay. Breakfast ok.

We did not get the room we booked, 2 single bed room ONLY. Receptionists should be keen with guests requests. DO NOT make any change without the guests approval. Wifi is very slow in the room, which is very unlikely for a 4 star hotel. Towels not properly washed, very bad smell. Had to ask for another set. My booking says there is a dryer but there was none in the room. The receptionist asked me to go down and pick it up from the front desk, that is very inconvenient. The pool looked big in the internet only. Receptionists didn't sound friendly at all. Poor customer service.

Great value for the money and location is great.

House keeping was nasty; they didnot provide bath towels in one room and they blame us took them and we have to show our luggage to short out the matters. I thought that is a bit much.

Nice hotel, not too far from soi 7/8 and very close to shops.

Couldn't check in until 2pm so had to pay extra 300 bhat to get in early but not really an issue.

Breakfast good all new building so breakfast room very smart and clean and rooms very comfy and clean when there have finished there renavations in the hotel will be very good hotel recomend this hotel cheap 760 baht very good

the breakfast is good considering what you pay, only 2 suggestions, keep the food warmer from 0630 to 1000 and add bacon to the breakfast, the cols ham just doesn't cut it.

- The room and toilet was clean and big - Breakfast was standard. There were fried rice, rice, sausages, hams, eggs, rice soup, 2 choices of Thai dishes, bread, salad, some fruits, coffee, milk and orange juice. No choices for the bread, only the white ones.

This hotel is not a 4 stars hotel! - Breakfast time was 6.30-10.00. This should have meant that customers will be served thier breakfast until 10.00 then they won't be served more. So if they want to start thier breakfast at 9.50, they can!!. Not only get thier breakfast but they also should be able to eat until they finish!!!! But what they told me was I had only 10 mins to eat!!because they would close at 10!!! I've traveled to many places and countries but never had this experence!! Please fix it!!! And also your staff should be able to just warm the milk for your customers. That's EASY!!! - Very poor wifi in the room. I couldn't use it at all. - No staff taking my luggage and lead me to my room. I had to find my way. - No wardrope, just a very small space to hang my clothes - Swimming pool is very small - Bed sheets, pillows and towels had a little bad smell - Shower had no door so water splashed everywhere - No caps, tooth brush nor toothpaste, no coffee or tea provided in the room
